Ankur co-heads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution vertical of the firm. He is a seasoned litigator with rich experience advising clients on complex disputes arising out of commercial contracts.

He represents clients in arbitration and court proceedings in infrastructure, railways, power, buildings, oil and gas, and engineering, procurement and design matters. He also regularly advises and acts for clients in disputes relating to turnkey projects, tendering and bidding, and supply contracts.

Ankur regularly appears before the High Courts of India and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitrations under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, the Indian Council of Arbitration (FICCI), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), amongst others.

He is known for a keen eye for detail and for advice that is tailor-made to the situation — particularly in relation to commercial contracts.

His litigation practice spans civil litigation, construction arbitration and regulatory matters. He works closely with clients to assess risk, explore alternative dispute resolution and develop strategies that address immediate legal challenges while aligning with long-term business goals.

Amit is also a seasoned construction lawyer. His clientele includes leading contractors, lending institutions and other public and private sector enterprises.

Ramesh is a litigation lawyer with a career spanning more than ten years across diverse areas of law. He regularly advises and acts for project proponents in infrastructure arbitrations arising out of engineering, procurement and construction contracts, concession agreements and MoUs.

He enjoys rights of audience before various courts, strategising litigation and providing advice that aligns outcomes with his clients’ strategic requirements.

His specialisation includes arbitrations, special leave and writ petitions, debt recovery proceedings before the DRT, civil suits and ADR, and banking and financial matters including proceedings before the NCLT under the IBC. He has assisted clients in criminal matters, particularly white-collar crime, and handles cross-border enforcement of decrees and awards — assisting foreign corporations, including international banks, in enforcing foreign awards and decrees in India.

Rajesh is a civil engineer with over twenty years of proven skill in construction project and contract management, administration, and legal and arbitration cases.

He has direct experience in the practical aspects of construction project management, cost planning, the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol, the legal and construction aspects of construction contracts, FIDIC contracts, contract administration, claims, and client care.

Having worked for both claimants and respondents across a variety of construction disputes, Rajesh has extensive experience of adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He has produced delay and disruption claims supporting contractors’ extension-of-time claims on large EPC projects — all of which led to successful resolutions — and has represented contractors in negotiation meetings, both advancing and defending their position.
